SiM’ new song,‘RED’ has been chosen as the opening theme song for theanime “KENGAN ASHURA” Season 2.

“KENGANASHURA” (Written by: Yabako Sandrovich, Illustratedby: Daromeon) is a battle action manga series that boasts a No. 1 rating inpopularity among its readers, available on the “Ura Sunday” website and thecomic app, “MangaONE”.

The anime “KENGAN ASHURA” Season 2 will be released exclusively onNetflix in September 2023. An excerpt of the opening theme song ‘RED’ by SiMcan be accessed via the anime “KENGANASHURA” Season 2’s teaser PV.

The title ‘RED’ symbolizes the fighters living in the underworld. Thesong is distinctively rock, fast-paced and intense.  Thevocalist MAH expresses that the color of flowing blood is all the same, “red”.Of course, there are obviously differences in race, beliefs, etc, but insteadof forcing to accept or to push this fact, the song is about first andforemost, the need to face yourself.
