SiM’s new album ‘PLAYDEAD’ will be released on September 27.  The album’s cover photo and the artists’ latest photos have been revealed.

The album includes ‘The Rumbling,’ a worldwide hit as the opening theme song for the TV anime “Attack on Titan” Final Season Part 2,and currently has more than 370 million views on streaming channels and YouTube’s official videos.  In addition to the full orchestral arrangement version, the full-size version of “UNDER THETREE” from the TV anime “Attack on Titan” Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1 theme song will be recorded for the first time.

In addition to the anime tie-in songs that are amassing huge excitement both in Japan and overseas, such as the opening theme song ‘RED’ from the anime “KENGAN ASHURA” Season 2, gaining a worldwide fan base, a total of 13 powerful line-up of songs that fuses SiM’s true value and innovation have also been released.

Moreover, there will be a simultaneous worldwide release of ‘RED’ on July 14th, ahead of the other songs that are included in the album.

Also announcing the nationwide tour ‘PLAYDEAD’ WORLD TOUR SEASON 1 in support of their new album ‘PLAYDEAD.’ Starting with the Ebisu LIQUIDROOM performance on October 24th, the album tour will span across 36 locations nationwide ending with the Zepp Diver City Tokyo performance on March 27th the following year.

In 2022, SiM accomplished their debut performance in Los Angeles USA, and successfully signed a contract with an overseas management/agent/label in 2023.  In June, they performed at their first UK festival, “Download Festival” which attracted an audience of more than 10,000people.  Furthermore, their headline performance in London was sold out, attracting massive attention overseas.

From August, they will go on tour of 27 cities in the United States as the main support act for the popular American band, Dance Gavin Dance. The tour has a total capacity of over 70,000 people marking the start of their full-scale global expansion.

“SiM” - A four-member (or last time we used four-piece) reggae punk band from Shonan, Kanagawa, Japan.

“We’re a band that was born in a live house, grew up in a live house, we’ll die in a livehouse.” With sold-out large solo performances at the Nippon Budokan and Yokohama Arena as well as organized the outdoor festival “DEAD POP FESTiVAL” for 20,000 people, SiM has risen to the top of the rock scene by “breaking convention from the inside” both in name and action, headlining at large outdoor rock festivals across the country.

In 2022, the transfer of the record company to PONY CANYON was announced. The newly writtensong ‘The Rumbling’ was released as the theme song for “Attack of Titan ”Final Season Part 2 which won the No.1 spot on the US Billboard chart 7times in a row.
